Salsa (by Adrien Robinson)

3 yellow onions
1 bunch green onions
7-10 jalepeños
4 green or red bell peppers
3 tsp vinegar
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1-2 tbsp sugar
- juice of 2 limes or 1 lemon
- tomatoes (I never count how many I use--just enough so that you have about a portion equal to everything else put together)
- Tabasco® or other hot sauce (depending on how hot you like it)
- garlic salt to taste
- salt to taste
There you have it! And no matter how many times I make it just like that, it always tastes different.
