Fluffy Bread Cribs (Abbreviated Recipes)

2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt Add sugar and salt. Knead for 5 minutes.
4 tbsp butter (½ stick) Add butter cubed. Knead for 5 minutes.
Turn out into greased bowl and allow to double, about 1 hour.
Deflate dough gently the air with fingertips.
Fashion 12 rolls in greased 13"×9" dish. Proof for 45-60 minutes.
Bake at 375° 20-25 minutes. Cool 3 minutes then serve.
