Bacon, egg and cheese croissant

How to get it right.

Lay minimal cheddar down on the lightly toasted croissant bottom. (It's surprising how too much cheese can ruin this sandwich.)

Next, 2 fried eggs whose yolks were broken and cooked barely past runny. (Yolk dripping out of the sandwich is unpleasant.)

3 strips of crispy bacon.

Finally, the lightly toasted croissant top.
